A New Home for Sport, Play & School Pride
Students at Mt Albert Grammar School are now able to enjoy a world-class FIFA-standard synthetic turf that provides a safe, durable and all-weather surface for sport, recreation and physical education. The turf system is Pure PT + 24mm Ecocept Shockpad, designed, built and installed by Tiger Turf. The new facility creates opportunities for year-round participation, from lunchtime football games and PE lessons to competitive sporting events and community use.
Designed to withstand Auckland’s changing weather conditions, the turf ensures students can spend more time being active and less time standing on the sidelines. Combined with new fencing, lighting and sporting infrastructure, the development has transformed the space into a vibrant hub where students can develop their skills and foster a lifelong love of sport. The project delivers a lasting investment in the school’s future, providing a high-quality facility that will benefit thousands of students for many years to come.
