Working for the Body Corporate, Watershed project managed the remediation of this prestigious building in an amazing location on the beach at Mt Maunganui.

The building received a full re-clad, re-roof, new deck structures, internal refit to most units and a general tidy up.

With work of this type, this project presented some challenges, but was completed on programme and within budget in mid-December 2018.
