Prior to joining Watershed, Duran was a Body Corporate and Facilities Manager for 10½ years. Eight of those years were spent in South Africa and the remainder in New Zealand. He has managed a portfolio of 43 buildings and led a team of 9 staff.

Duran has a passion for property and improving the lives of others. In his spare time he enjoys meeting new people.
